Channa Aloo, Tomato chutney flavoured with mustard oil and panch phoron, Cucumber Raita
Tender pieces of fried mutton in a thick, slightly sweet gravy.
Prawns cooked in coconut water and coconut milk. Sweet and delicious, though prawns were overcooked and hard.

  1. You did not try any of the fish dishes?! Next trip order some Poshto bara , these are interesting cutlets made chiefly of Khus khus. I make similar stuff, my mil’s recipe. And a fairly good tomato chutney too. Can share the recipe if you’d like.
