Tiny little crab claws encased in minced prawns. Prawns were rubbery and chewy, crab meat was minuscule.
Steamed pork topped with salted fish in a soupy liquid. Salted fish was quite nice but the mince tasted like minced ham or bacon. Odd combination. Needs a sticky rice.
Steamed rice topped with stir-fried prawns, bacon and mushroom. Simple, quite bland in itself it would be the perfect foil for a spicy, saucy main course
