Pungent and tangy, the Chicken Ghee Roast is the kind of dish you remember the next morning. Nice dramatic presentation with the banana leaf-lined plate sitting on a bowl containing live coals.
Juicy, plump, fresh prawns in a sweetish thick coconut curry. Delicious.
Not sure if this is what a Mopla Biryani should taste like, but this chutney flavoured rice with plenty of prawns was rather tasty.
