The crisp breadcrumb coating of the Chicken Cutlet contrasts perfectly with the soft, pasty, spiced, slightly sourish chicken filling. Big enough for a couple of bites it’s an ideal on-the-go snack.Very bready. The meagre shredded chicken and bruised lettuce filling is not mixed with mayo, an insufficient quantity of which has been spooned over, making it quite dry. Just about palatable.
